Law Firm Fortis Oy is a cost-effective provider of professional legal services. Our fees are based either on time spent or a case-specific fixed price.
The hourly rate for time-based billing starts at €240 + VAT/hour (€297.60/hour including VAT), depending on the assignment. The minimum billing unit is 15 minutes.
Time-based billing typically applies to assignments such as negotiations and litigation, where the total duration and scope vary based on the case.
Case-specific pricing is commonly applied to standard assignments, such as drafting legal documents.
Any direct costs related to the assignment, such as document fees and travel expenses, will be charged separately.
If there are significant changes in circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing of the assignment accordingly.
For private clients, the first phone consultation or email correspondence is always free of charge. This free consultation allows us to assess the need for legal assistance and provide an estimate of potential costs.
